Construction Management

Manse Builders management team have over 30yrs experience in delivering successful and on time projects to our clients.
Our project management team are all experienced and qualified to SVQ/SNVQ level 10 in construction management.

Our supervisors are all experienced and qualified to SVQ/SNVQ level 6 in construction supervision.

Our team also hold relevant SMSTS and SSSTS health and safety qualifications to ensure the highest standard of safety at all times.

Our team at Manse come from varied different disciplines within the construction industry that allows us to use experience gained in the housing, industrial and commercial property sectors to ensure we can tackle any problems perceived by our clients at design stage and ensure the best solutions are implemented to the highest standard for our clients.

Manse Builders fully understands our clients needs when it comes to preventative maintenance.
Our clients understand that throughout the life span of their building correct preventative maintenance helps reduce operational costs and counter any major issues arising and causing expensive damage and repairs to their property.

We at Manse Builders believe preventative maintenance allows for:

1. Better rental experience for residents.
2. Less money spent on maintenance emergencies.
3. Preventative maintenance can be planned with a view to increased client satisfaction and retention.
